2. Size & Material Consultation

Our team will guide you through the ideal size, colors, and materials, then refine the design to match your vision.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed quotation, production timeline, and an order link to complete your payment.

4. Production & Delivery

After payment is confirmed, Fluffy will begin crafting your rug and arrange delivery once it is completed.
