Start by reaching out to Fluffy via Instagram or Facebook. Send us your idea: patterns, dimensions, and preferred colors for your space.

2. Design Confirmation

The Fluffy team will guide you through material selection and refine a detailed 2D sketch/mockup so you can easily visualize your rug before production begins.

3. Quote & Deposit (Get Your Quote)

Once the design is finalized, you will receive an exact quote along with an estimated production timeline. You can then proceed with the deposit/payment to get started.

4. Production & Delivery (Tufting Begins)

Each rug is meticulously handcrafted using tufting techniques. Every finished piece undergoes careful quality inspection and is delivered to your hands upon completion.
